This is where you will find helpful tech tips for some common - and not so common - tech issues.

Procedure for tech help:
1. Send email to girouxs@duvalschools.org. Include your room # and phone ext along with a detailed explanation of the issue to be resolved.
2. If I am unable to solve the problem I will either direct you to call the help desk at 348-5200 or I will put in a ticket for you.
